The Monarch Butterfly: Population Trends, Conservation & Your Backyard
Join us to learn about the lifecycle, current population trends, and conservation concerns for the monarch butterfly -- one of the best-known species of butterfly in North America. This presentation will be given by Glenn Marangelo -- one of the founding board members, current Development Director, and resident “bug geek” at the Missoula Insectarium. Learn about what the future holds for this amazing butterfly and what you can do to help them here in Montana.

The Insectarium will be open for exploration at 6:30, before the speaker, and after, until 8:30 pm.
Cost: $8 for non-members, $5 for members. Two complementary beverages are included with your admission.
Must be 21 or over for alcohol.
